Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Business Analyst Intern to support our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), assist with client onboarding, and gain hands-on exposure to post-deployment support. This internship is designed for fresh graduates who are curious, analytical, and excited to build real-world business analysis skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment. No prior work experience is required — we'll provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training.

What You'll Learn & Do:

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in pulling and analyzing data to support business decisions.
• Help build simple reports, dashboards, and metrics to track client and product performance, under guidance.
• Support the team in preparing periodic project monitoring reports and ad hoc analyses.

Client Onboarding & Support

• Shadow and assist CSMs during client onboarding and implementation activities.
• Support post-deployment troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members.
• Learn to respond to basic data-driven queries from clients.

Business Process & Documentation

• Learn to document business processes using standard modelling methodologies.
• Assist in identifying gaps and suggesting improvements to existing workflows.
• Help maintain and organize documentation repositories.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work alongside product, tech, and operations teams to understand client requirements and feedback.
• Support project tracking by helping monitor timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in product enhancement discussions and contribute fresh perspectives.

Additional Learning Opportunities

• Assist with basic root cause analysis for client-reported issues, with mentor support.
• Support market and competitive research to build foundational business insight.
• Help internal stakeholders with data insights under supervision.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• No prior work experience required for this role is designed for fresh graduates.
• Genuine interest in analytics, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with Excel; exposure to SQL or BI/Visualization tools is a plus (not mandatory).
• Good verbal and written communication skills; comfort interacting with international clients is a plus.
• Willingness to learn documentation of requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: INR 25,000 per month
• Location: PriceEasy office, MG Road, Bengaluru

Working Mode: Rotational

• Day Shift: 11 AM 8 PM (Work from Office)
• US Shift: 6 PM 3 AM (Work from Home)
