Business Analyst Intern

Role Overview :

As a Business Analyst Intern at ALLEN Digital, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights

What You'll Do

• Support teams in defining, tracking, and analyzing key business and product metrics.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Content, and Academics.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects that drive business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from data.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Worked on academic, personal, or internship projects involving data analysis.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools.
• Built dashboards, reports, or data-driven case studies
