Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Intern to assist in analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and supporting digital project implementations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Assist in preparing business process flows, user stories, and project documentation.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis for various projects.

Support internal teams in data-driven decision-making and reporting.

Collaborate with development and analytics teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Participate in client meetings, understand needs, and contribute to project planning.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Basic knowledge of tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL (optional but preferred).

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to understand both business and technical concepts.
