Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Chennai. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, identifying business needs and requirements, and developing business processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, conducting thorough analyses, and communicating findings effectively. The Senior Business Analyst will also work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of business solutions.

Qualifications

• Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for EHR and RCM systems
• Conducting workflow analysis and data validation
• Ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
• Collaborating with engineering teams on API-based solutions
• Performing system adjustments to resolve production issues
• Conducting data analysis and root cause investigation
• Collaborating with vendors to address integration issues
• Identifying process improvement opportunities in EHR/RCM workflows
