Business Analyst

Role Overview

INNEFU Labs is seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, managing client relationships, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. Strong communication and client management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.

• Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

• Support project planning, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion.

• Build and maintain strong client relationship

Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong client management and stakeholder management experience. • Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis. • Ability to prepare functional and business documentation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
