Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Presales (Data Analytics)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst Presales to join our Data Analytics product team. This role is a blend of business analysis and presales, focused on translating complex data-driven solutions into compelling client-facing narratives.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution positioning, product demonstrations, and client engagement, while supporting the sales team with strong analytical insights and impactful documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable data analytics solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and compelling presales narratives.
- Develop high-quality case studies, solution documents, proposals, and whitepapers showcasing product capabilities and business impact.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to support client discussions and solution positioning.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution approaches and use cases.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client pitches with structured and insightful content.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Assist in proof-of-concepts (POCs) and ensure successful solution validation during presales cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of presales strategies, documentation, and demo frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Presales / Data Analytics domain.
- Proven experience in:
- Delivering client-facing product demonstrations
- Creating case studies, proposals, and solution documents
- Supporting presales engagements and client interactions
- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts (data modeling, visualization, reporting).
- Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Prior exposure to presales or client-facing roles is highly preferred.
