Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases
  • Support system design discussions with technical teams
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups (Agile environment)
  • Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new requirements
  • Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables
  • Ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in API integration, system architecture, and data flow diagrams
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL, data modeling concepts)
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents (API specs, system design)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
