Domain expertise in Retail and/or Corporate End to End Lending Cycle (Origination, Servicing and Collection)
Recommend and document new features/change functionality in base product based on workshops, questionnaires, surveys, user interactions, competition and RFP analysis
Documentation of User requirements, Gap Analysis, Solution Mapping, Wireframes, Prototypes, Test Scenarios and other related documents
Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the system design adequately reflects the business requirements
Ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Presales and Implementation
Responding to RFPs based on the current system functionality and product roadmap
Regular presentations and product walkthroughs to the internal teams, prospects and clients.
Skills and Education:
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time well on tight deadlines
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
