As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Product Development team, you will play a key role in driving scalable, resilient product delivery and infrastructure modernization. Aligned with Custody Positions and Settlements (P&S), your primary focus will be to advance strategic platform initiatives, close product gaps, and enable agile responses to regulatory and business changes. This high-impact role involves collaboration with Product, Operations, and Technology partners, contributing to the end-to-end design, delivery, and adoption of next-generation custody and settlements solutions across the Securities Services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and build of strategic replacements for domestic settlements platforms, utilizing in-flight enterprise platforms and coordinating cross-functionally for effective adoption and operating model transformation.
- Partner with Product teams to identify and execute innovative solutions for product gaps, enhancements, and new product launches across the Custody P&S landscape.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to analyze and remediate manual workflows, translating business needs into strategic process improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between Technology and Business, ensuring that infrastructure developments meet functional and strategic requirements.
- Manage feedback loops with testing teams, prioritizing and implementing enhancements based on business needs and platform stability.
- Coordinate working groups across Product, Operations, and Technology to maintain alignment and transparency on key deliverables and timelines.
- Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Client Service teams to develop go-to-market strategies, communications, and client education for new offerings.
- Participate in broader Custody Product Development forums, proactively identifying and championing opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Prior experience in Custody, Securities Services, or Investment Management; global custody knowledge is advantageous.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in a financial services or capital markets environment.
