Business Analyst - Infor

Primary Skills:

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Infor CloudSuite modules.
• Willingness to work with varied ERP stakeholders including Operations, Warehouse, Procurement etc.,
• Work experience handling O&M work like Access Requests, Incidents, Requests, enhancements, projects
• Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides.
