Able to translate business requirements into precise, high quality user stories that are clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the development team.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and delivery mindset, being experienced working in an agile delivery environment.
Experience with Agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
Possess knowledge in AS400 system and proficient in insurance claims processing, policy servicing, billing & collection etc.
Scrum master experience will be an added advantage
