Role Overview

Seeking an Operations & Insights Analyst who can bridge data and business operations. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, generating actionable insights, and communicating findings through clear presentations. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, comfortable working with data, and skilled at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Support day-to-day operational reporting, tracking key metrics, SLAs, and performance indicators.

Use SQL (basic to intermediate) to extract data for reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis.

Translate data insights into clear, structured presentations for leadership and business teams.

Work closely with operations, program, and business teams to understand processes and pain points.

Recommend and support process improvements based on data-backed insights.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational reports.

Assist in documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills & Experience

0.7 -3 years of experience in operations, process analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic to intermediate SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Experience handling operational work, tracking metrics, and managing recurring deliverables.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.

Exposure to process frameworks.
