Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

Role Overview
Looking for a
Lead Business Analyst who will also play a key role in
project delivery and coordination. The candidate will lead business analysis efforts, manage stakeholder expectations, and work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee business analysis activities across multiple IT initiatives
- Act as a bridge between business, clients, and technical teams
- Own requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Drive stakeholder management, including client workshops, reviews, and sign-offs
- Support project planning, scope definition, risk management, and delivery tracking
- Collaborate with Project Managers or take partial ownership of project management activities
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall as applicable)
- Actively participate in and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Create and maintain process flows, sequence diagrams, and functional designs
- Manage and track requirements, user stories, tasks, and defects using JIRA
- Maintain project and requirements documentation in Confluence
- Support UAT, change management, and post-implementation activities
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Lead Business Analyst in IT projects
- Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and similar project tracking tools
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong documentation skills using Confluence
- Expertise in sequence diagrams, flow diagrams, and process modeling
- Proven ability in client and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
