You will play a key role in supporting leadership by delivering actionable insights, driving operational improvements, and formulating strategic plans to elevate departmental efficiency. This is a high-impact role that blends analytical thinking with business acumen and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Handle ad hoc business requests by conducting analysis and proposing evidence-based solutions
  • Work closely with department leads to address underperformance and develop corrective strategies backed by data
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline recurring reporting and operational tasks

Essential requirements

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with SQL or similar tools (BI/dashboarding knowledge is a plus, but not a primary focus)
  • Highly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in parallel
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.

Note: Please ensure you meet the essential requirements before applying.
