Business Analyst

• Manage projects using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance UX/UI design alignment with business needs
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend efficiency improvements
• Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights that drive performance enhancements
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks through proactive strategies
• Lead change management initiatives to support implementation of business improvements
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including project reports and business requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define and align project goals and priorities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure that technical solutions align with business goals

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile project environments
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and collaboration processes
• Proficient in business process mapping and process optimization
• Skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel, Tableau, and SQL
• Familiar with project and Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities
