Job Description

The role will work under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst / Process Lead, supporting detailed analysis, process design, and delivery activities. The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Digital Transformation teams to identify control gaps and support implementation of a governed operating model.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. End-to-End Process Analysis

  • Analyse and map end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and credit lifecycle processes
  • Identify cross-functional inefficiencies, failure points, and control gaps
  • Support definition of future-state processes with clear decision points and ownership

2. Risk & Control Support

  • Support development of credit control frameworks and governance standards
  • Identify and assess key risk drivers, including: 
  • Bad debt exposure
  • DSO / collections inefficiencies
  • Contractual and compliance gaps
  • Ensure alignment with financial, legal, and operational requirements

3. Requirements & Solution Definition

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate requirements into clear, structured specifications for Digital Transformation / IT teams
  • Support prioritisation of initiatives based on risk, impact, and scalability

4. Data & KPI Analysis

  • Support tracking and analysis of key KPIs, including: 
  • Bad debt write-offs
  • DSO
  • Compliance exceptions
  • Issue resolution
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis

5. Process Documentation & Governance

  • Develop process maps, SOPs, and control documentation
  • Support creation of: 
  • RACI models
  • Control validation frameworks
  • Monitoring and reporting approaches
  • Contribute to Control Phase activities (tracking, dashboards, response plans)

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Credit, Legal, Finance, Operations, and DT teams
  • Support alignment on: 
  • Process ownership
  • Decision points
  • Control adherence
  • Participate in workshops to gather inputs and validate solutions

7. Delivery & Project Support

  • Support delivery of core project artefacts, including: 
  • Process maps
  • Requirements documentation
  • RAID logs
  • KPI tracking
  • Assist the Senior BA in progressing milestones and managing dependencies

8. Change & Adoption

  • Support rollout of new processes and controls
  • Help embed standardised, scalable ways of working across teams

  • 4–7 years of experience in: 
  • Business analysis
  • Process improvement / transformation
  • O2C, Credit, AR, or finance-related environments

Required Experience (Critical)

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle
  • Experience working with or across: 
  • Sales / commercial teams
  • Credit & AR / collections
  • Legal / contractual processes
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps
  • Experience supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives
