As a Packaging BA, you will be responsible for building and executing processes/steps defined for seamless execution of Packaging Products & Optimization programs, impacting supply chain cost and Customer experience for IN Market place through data driven and stakeholder management activities. You will be responsible to develop quick-sight WBR and waterfall analysis dashboards based on complex SQL query writing. You will also be responsible for developing automation solves to ease the manual dependency on multiple internal programs. You will also be responsible for managing the metrices for Imaging team.
Key job responsibilities
Handled Internal & External customer escalations without any dependencies, through data driven approach(Excel & SQL query writing skills)
.Demonstrate invent and simplify the process and create SOP for tickets that follow a pattern and recommend scalable solutions, create deep dive reports
.Perform root-cause analysis in any areas of significant failures(e.g Box web PP,FC escalations, Box Configurations queries)in a timely manner
.Update or develop documentation on processes that are critical to success of your function
.Candidate should be very analytical and be able to justify decisions and approaches with data & be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity
.Candidate should be able to define a logical &step by step approach to achieving a goal on packaging products & configurations and cost optimization
.Candidate should be comfortable with processes at FC & process design/analysis of Box Data,%Air in box, and dashboards
.Candidate should have the ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts,
.Candidate should be able to drive meaningful insights from Data and deliver on a BA charter for packaging key metrices
.Candidate should be able to write complex SQL queries and develop dashboards. Knowledge in python & temper monkey automation is plus
A day in the life

.Own the box web configurations and drive logical meaning from configs with multiple planning tools
.Candidate should be able to define a logical &step by step approach to support deep dives and develop analytical tools and dashboards for WOW analysis of multiple packaging metrices
.Candidate should be able to deal with varied stakeholders & earn their trust.
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Expertise using Excel, SQL and ETL for acquiring and transforming data or keen interest in acquiring an advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- - 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- - Bachelor's degree
- - Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- - Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
- - 1+ years of business analysis (dealing with large complex data) experience
