Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer requirements analysis and develop functional specifications for internal/external customers.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses using Python or R, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate regularly with Operations to identify challenges, gather requirements, and communicate results effectively.
  • Develop compelling data storytelling through visualizations and presentations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze and improve existing systems, leading or executing end-to-end enhancements.
  • Implement AI-driven models to boost operationalefficiency and drive business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical data issues.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear and persuasive stories for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in data visualization toolslike Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or experiencewith machine learning or AI applications.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS).
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP).
