Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer requirements analysis and develop functional specifications for internal/external customers.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses using Python or R, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate regularly with Operations to identify challenges, gather requirements, and communicate results effectively.
- Develop compelling data storytelling through visualizations and presentations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze and improve existing systems, leading or executing end-to-end enhancements.
- Implement AI-driven models to boost operationalefficiency and drive business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical data issues.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear and persuasive stories for diverse audiences.
- Experience in data visualization toolslike Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or experiencewith machine learning or AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS).
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP).
