Role - Business Analyst I

IExperience - 3 to 5 year

sNP - Immediate to 30 day

sLocation - Pune (5 days WFO

)Mandatory Skills - Business Analysis, BRD, Testing & expertise in either of Card Issuing/Acquiring/Switch

.Secondary Skills - Familiarity with microservices-based architectures and message streaming technologies such as Kafka

.Domain - Candidate should have mandatory experience of working in Cards domain

Role Objectiv

e The Business Analyst II is responsible for supporting business analysis activities across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, migration strategy, testing, and quality assurance. The role works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), product leads, development, and testing teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into functional solutions, particularly within card management and payment system

gn Contribute to requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussion

s. Analyze and document business requirements and ensure clear understanding across team

s. Design and document functional solutions aligned with business and technical need

s. Prepare migration strategies, including data mapping and transition approache

s. Collaborate with SMEs and Product Group Leads to validate requirement

s. Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) and solution design document

s. Prepare interface specification documents for system integration

s. Identify functional gaps and assess change impacts, providing detailed functional impact analysi

s.Testing and Quality Assuran

ce Participate in test plans building phas

e. Define test parameters, scenarios, and data requirement

s. Execute test cases, record results, and validate outcomes against requirement

s. Log defects and assist in defect tracking and consolidation for reportin

g. Provide clarifications and functional support to the Test Planning and QA team
