Summary:
The Employee Success Specialist is a member of the Employee Success Shared Services team and has an exciting opportunity with the ES Data Operations and Integrations Team in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Process Mass Loads in Workday (EIB) for various transactions including One Time Payments, Job Changes, Org Changes, Personal Info changes, Stocks, Commission, Bonus, and Combination data loads.
- Manage programs for all ES-related projects, actively collaborating with global partners.
- Handle data management for all forms of employee data.
- Conduct HR data audits in Workday and process corrections as required.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
- Ensure the accuracy of internal process documentation, including updating existing documentation based on enhancements.
- Identify and close knowledge gaps by creating, updating, and improving knowledge articles to keep information relevant for employees.
- Proactively identify process improvements and redundancies, collaborating towards a more productive process that enhances the employee experience.
- Assist in testing configuration, and implementation of new projects, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements by completing work correctly and timely.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and other support teams to resolve issues, ensuring consistency across applicable processes and implementing changes where needed.
- Maintain an appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge to assist Employees and Managers.
- Provide superior customer service to employees using our customer service portal.
- Own data integrity of all employee change transactions by following the outlined peer review/audit process.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in HR shared services organization for an established company.
- Experience in Workday HCM, EIB loads, and Workday reporting - Basic.
- Experience working across multiple disciplines and geographies in HR.
- Experience utilizing a case management tool.
