Duties:

The Warranty Service Ops role is responsible for providing a high quality customer experience to all client's customer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Warranty Service Operation Oversee operations of multiple outsourced Service Operations providers and internal organization. Resolve daily service operations related issues Ensures Logistics capability is in place to fulfill customer requirements in compliance with documented work instructions Perform reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations. Work closely with Management to implement corrective actions. Manages commitment methodologies and processes across product groups Generates necessary documentation, including activity/status reports, operation review input, and excess/obsolete analysis. Administers company policies, including yearly performance review, that directly affect subordinate employees. Manage claims for lost or damaged materials and help resolve suppliers parts claim

Skills:

Strong understanding of supply chain & logistics operations
Experience managing outsourced service providers (3PL, repair centers, etc.)
Warehouse inventory reconciliation & audit experience
3-5+ years in Warranty / RMA / Service Operations
Process documentation & SOP compliance
Root cause analysis & corrective action implementation
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Reporting & data analysis (Excel advanced, Power BI preferred)
Data validation & reconciliation expertise
KPI tracking & service level monitoring
Operational performance review preparation
Escalation handling & problem resolution
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
Customer-focused approach

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
OR
Equivalent practical experience (3+ years in warranty/service/logistics operations)

Preferred (Nice to Have, Not Mandatory):

MBA or Master's degree
APICS / Lean / Six Sigma certification
Project management certification (PMP)
