Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, and user stories
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability
• Conduct market, operational, and financial analysis to support decision-making
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and reports
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and cross-functional teams
• Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
• Support testing, implementation, and change management activities
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or PMI-PBA
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana)
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis concepts
• Experience in industries such as fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or e-commerce
• Prior experience working with remote or global teams
