We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Functional Business Analyst to support business transformation and digital initiatives for one of our clients in global logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Skills Expected

Requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation

Business process analysis and process mapping

Stakeholder management across business and technology teams

User story writing and backlog refinement

Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Domain expertise in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Warehousing, Finance, or related operational functions

Experience working with enterprise applications, integrations, and business process optimization

Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and actionable solutions
