Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvement assessments
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams
- Prepare business requirement documents BRD and functional requirement documents FRD
- Support user acceptance testing and validation processes
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance analysis
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate meetings and present findings to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT, fintech, ecommerce, or SaaS industry
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI PBA
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python or Tableau
- Experience working with remote or global teams
