Job Post :- Business Analyst (Pre-Sales)

Timing :- 12:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Requirement Gathering
- Take detailed briefs from clients and understand their business challenges, objectives, and KPIs.
- Perform initial diagnostic analysis of client issues using digital marketing frameworks and tools.
- Ask the right tactical and technical questions to decode client expectations.
Solutioning & Strategy Development
- Develop tailored digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Affiliate, Marketplace, and AI-powered solutions.
- Convert client requirements into actionable plans and cohesive solution decks.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies, tools, and trends to create cutting-edge proposals.
Pre-Sales Enablement
- Prepare, structure, and present compelling pitch decks to clients.
- Work with cross-functional DM teams (SEO, Paid, CRO, Social, Email, Tech) to build accurate estimations and scopes of work.
- Assist the sales team during calls, presentations, and negotiations to help drive deal closures.
- Handle tactical client queries with clarity and confidence.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Strategy teams.
- Coordinate internally to gather inputs, finalize solutions, and ensure smooth handover post-closure.
Growth & Opportunity Management
- Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell based on client needs and performance gaps.
- Support revenue growth targets by contributing to proposal wins.
- Follow up on open leads and maintain structured communication records.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong practical understanding of:
- SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
- PPC / Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance campaigns)
- Email Marketing (automation, segmentation, flows)
- AI-driven marketing tools & solutions
- Ability to translate performance data into insights and recommendations.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client-facing presence and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing / Business / Communication.
- Exposure to enterprise digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications if any (Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
