Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic HR Analytics Business Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will analyze workforce data, develop HR metrics, and support data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
.Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
.Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and recruitment effectiveness.
.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
.Conduct workforce planning and predictive analytics to forecast future HR trends.
.Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
.Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
.Support HR projects with data modeling, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
.Stay updated on HR analytics best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
.Proven experience in HR analytics, business analysis, or data analysis.
.Strong proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, R, or Python).
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
.Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
.Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
.Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
.Familiarity with statistical techniques and predictive modeling.
