Job Description

This role is responsible for conducting research, analyzing business and industry data, and supporting strategic decision-making for the organization. The candidate will create company profiles, track industry trends, assist in business development campaigns, and provide insights to top management and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Company & Industry Research:

  • Create detailed company profiles including corporate summaries, business operations, credit structure, financials, management/ownership, and corporate news.
  • Track and collate information on industry landscapes and sectoral insights from reports.
  • Map board members and key management personnel to build relationship databases.

Data & Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct basic analysis of financial and non-financial company data.
  • Perform market sizing, operational performance analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Gather and maintain market and competitor intelligence.

Strategic Support:

  • Formulate business strategies including industry overviews, competitive positioning, and market outlook.
  • Support top management with briefing kits for client pitches and external stakeholders (investors, industry bodies, associations).
  • Contribute to business development campaigns across solutions and industries.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Generate and screen lists from databases based on defined criteria.
  • Maintain repositories of company listings and industry databases.
  • Streamline research processes to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business / MBA
