About The Role
In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in content through online research, and work with the LLM (Large Language Models) to solve puzzles. The projects will also help you learn how to leverage AI to be a better analyst. This is your chance to future-proof your career in an AI-first world.
Your role is critical in helping fine-tune and improve large language models (like GPT), and will make you an expert on how to leverage AI to enhance analytical capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills that are highly relevant in the evolving AI landscape.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with excellent English proficiency, strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to provide detailed and constructive feedback. Creative and lateral thinking abilities are essential, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment, and have a reliable technical setup with a good internet connection.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or undergraduate qualification in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields. Experience in professional writing roles such as business analysts, research analysts, copywriters, journalists, technical writers, editors, or translators is advantageous. Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite, along with data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic skills, will be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Answer a variety of analytical questions by creating scenarios that help train and improve large language models. For example, analyzing sales data to identify growth trends or solving logical puzzles related to delivery routes.
- Break down complex content into smaller, logical segments for model training, ensuring clarity and accuracy in explanations.
- Conduct online research to validate claims, gather relevant information, and provide well-supported responses.
- Collaborate with the AI team to identify areas where models may need improvement and contribute to the development of training datasets.
- Provide detailed annotations and feedback to enhance model performance and accuracy.
- Participate in regular review sessions to refine responses and ensure high-quality outputs.
- Maintain a high level of independence while managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
