About The Role
In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in content through online research, and work with the LLM (Large Language Models) to solve puzzles. The projects will also help you learn how to leverage AI to be a better analyst. This is your chance to future-proof your career in an AI-first world!

Responsibilities
- Answer a variety of interesting analytical questions and create scenarios to train LLM models for improved performance.
- Analyze data distributions, such as sales by month across different locations, to identify growth patterns and variances.
- Develop logical reasoning solutions for complex scenarios, such as optimizing delivery routes based on specific rules and constraints.
- Articulate correct answers and explanations to enable models to learn from feedback.
- Conduct online research to validate claims and gather relevant information to enhance model accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to refine training data and improve model responses.
- Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback to support model training and fine-tuning efforts.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in reading and writing in English with excellent comprehension skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills to interpret data and validate information effectively.
- Ability to provide detailed feedback and annotations to improve model performance.
- Creative and lateral thinking abilities to approach problems from different angles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable technical setup, including a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or undergraduate qualification in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields. Candidates with relevant experience without a degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in professional writing roles such as business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite applications.
- Understanding of data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic.
