  • Between 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content development, or domain-specific projects.
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in structured data formats such as TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, and Markdown.
  • Familiarity with business domains like finance, policy, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with large language models (LLMs), performance data, case studies, or academic/research content is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) with immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Allocate tasks effectively, oversee workflows, and monitor project timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain the accuracy and logical consistency of content.

  • Provide regular performance feedback, identify training needs, and support career development for team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing consistent project updates and managing expectations.
  • Guide the creation of structured business content, including case studies, scenarios, and detailed analyses across various domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with project goals and AI model requirements.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with industry standards.
  • Flexible remote work arrangements to promote work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to lead and influence projects at the forefront of AI research and development.
  • Exposure to advanced large language models and insights into their training processes.
  • Autonomy and flexibility in a global collaborative environment, fostering innovation and professional growth.
  • Potential for contract extension based on performance and project needs.
