Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy SeniorBusiness Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and support end-to-end delivery across multiple systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Lead detailed requirement discussions with stakeholders and technical teams.

Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data mapping sheets.

Perform impact analysis for new features, system changes, and integrations.

Analyze technical feasibility, architecture constraints, and dependencies.

2. R&D (Research & Development)

Conduct research on new technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Evaluate possible solutions and perform POC assessments when needed.

Provide recommendations based on comparative analysis and technical findings.

Work with development teams to explore innovative approaches for complex requirements.

3. Technical Solutioning

Understand API specifications, request/response structures, and integration workflows.

Collaborate with architects to design TO-BE system flows.

Create technical documentation including sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration flows.

Support developers in clarifying functional & technical queries.

4. Project & Stakeholder Management

Act as a bridge between tech teams and business stakeholders.

Conduct walkthroughs with teams to ensure clarity of requirements.

5. Functional Support & UAT

Validate test cases and ensure alignment with business expectations.

Support QA in defect analysis, prioritization, and resolution.

Perform UAT cycles with business teams and ensure sign-off for release.

Provide post-production functional support and incident analysis.

6. Documentation & Process Management

Maintain structured documentation and change logs in tools like Confluence.

Skills Required

Strong experience in requirement analysis, system design understanding, and R&D.

Excellent command over API integrations, JSON/XML structures, and backend logic understanding.

Hands-on experience with Confluence, Figma, Postman, Swagger, SQL basics, etc.

Ability to understand architecture diagrams, database concepts, and cloud-based environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.
