Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Participate in business discussions to understand problem statements and requirements.
Review and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Document end-to-end process journeys and capture them within the BRD.
Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain sign-offs for BRD and FSD.
Prepare and raise FPN for proposed changes or enhancements.
Communicate business requirements effectively to the software development team or vendor.
Understand test scenarios and ensure they are covered within the scope of testing.
Create traceability matrices for BRD and FSD using JIRA and Zephyr.
Prepare test cases and test plans based on functional specifications, ensuring complete scenario coverage.
Ensure testing is performed as per defined schedules.
Document and share training modules with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions for business users on new projects and system changes.
Perform post-implementation reviews (PIR) after enhancements go live.
