Overview of the Role

As a Professional Business Analyst Charging Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the future of charging solutions within the rapidly evolving connected solutions sector. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and technological solutions, driving the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that directly contribute to the company's innovation agenda and customer satisfaction.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Service Designers, and Solution Architects to analyze, design, and enhance charging services and related solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and perspectives are integrated into service strategies and roadmaps.
  • Lead and participate in user research, competitor analysis, and trend studies, documenting and presenting findings to inform product development.
  • Drive and oversee pre-study activities for new initiatives, including requirement gathering and breakdown.
  • Serve as a primary interface with Volvo Group and other key stakeholders, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Develop compelling presentations and communicate insights effectively to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and service delivery standards within the automation, battery, and charger domains.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Consultant, or User Experience Expert in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in the automation domain, specifically with batteries and chargers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading requirement analysis, pre-study initiatives, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong customer focus and a structured, innovative approach to business problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
