About the Role
Business Analyst | 1+ Year Experience
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases
- Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and development teams
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and QA teams for smooth project execution
- Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements
- Support project planning, estimation, and delivery timelines
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables
- Maintain and update project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Use tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for task tracking and management
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience in documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools
- Experience with project management or documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion
- Basic understanding of web/mobile application development
- Knowledge of AI tools and their practical usage in workflows
