Job Description

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
Create BRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, mockups, and process documentation.
Use AI tools for creating mockups, workflows, documentation, and productivity tasks.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams for smooth delivery.
Drive workflow optimization and enhance existing products and user experiences.
Coordinate Agile/Scrum activities, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task sequencing.
Manage internal task collaboration and sprint execution across teams.
Ensure solutions align with business goals and product vision.
Track KPIs, analyze data, and support data-driven decisions.
Identify automation and AI-driven improvement opportunities.
Coordinate UAT, testing validation, and release readiness.
Support product launches, stabilization, and continuous improvements.
Conduct market visits, client workshops, and project kickoff discussions.
Maintain project documentation and communication records.
Act as a bridge between businesses, clients, and technical teams.

Requirements

Experience in B2B, SaaS, AI, or product-based organizations preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Requirement gathering, documentation, workflow design, and mockup creation.
Familiarity with AI productivity and design tools.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Excel, Loveable, Claude, and analytics tools.
Passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation.
Flexible to work independently and collaboratively.
