Responsibilities
- Support business analysis and elaboration of requirements for the product backlog of the Dataflow squad
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL as needed
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with IFRS17 and L&H accounting requirements
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions
- Ensure traceability and documentation of data flows and business logic
Requirements
- Strong business analysis background in insurance or reinsurance with 6-10 years of experience
- Experience in SQL and data analysis techniques
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Documentation skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with IFRS17 programs or financial reporting systems
