Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and user-centric Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our product team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products. You will drive product strategy, manage backlogs, and ensure that features deliver measurable value to customers and the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Planning- Work with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics.
- Identify market opportunities through research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Assist in building and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Business Analysis- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and user needs.
- Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility analysis, and impact assessments for new features and changes.
Execution & Delivery- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to deliver features on time.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies (grooming, planning, review) with the Scrum team.
- Validate product features through UAT, prototypes, user testing, and stakeholder feedback.
Stakeholder Management- Act as the link between business, users, and technical teams.
- Communicate product updates, enhancements, and release plans to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across cross-functional partners.
Data & Performance- Monitor product performance metrics and user behaviour to inform product decisions.
- Use data-driven insights to refine features, improve user experience, and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
