Business Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst position located in Chennai. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison between stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business requirements to design effective solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting business process analysis, documenting technical specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering value through process improvements.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Expertise in Business Analysis and understanding complex Business Processes
• Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Requirements accurately
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively
• Relevant experience in project management or similar roles is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to technical and business challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in the software or insurance industry is an added advantage
