Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate requirements, explore options, and define specifications to a level that allows developers to size and code them.
  • Analyze issues and provide direction/specifications for handling bugs.
  • Track data-related requirements/issues back to source systems and assess the impact of changes on processes.
  • Assist with testing delivered solutions, documenting issues within DevOps.
  • Occasionally handle support issues directly with business users of the systems involved.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Develop process flows, system specifications, and conversion strategies.
  • Participate in solution design and provide input on best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for end-users and technical teams.

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile methodology and writing user stories.
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating functional specifications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred; Salesforce or Workday acceptable).
  • Understanding of financial services, insurance, or consulting domains.
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing processes in global organizations.

Performance Objectives

  • Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client-approved specifications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and testing.
  • Provide value-added consulting based on implementation best practices.
  • Must be available to work during UK business hours
