Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our product team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of product solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to define, refine, and optimize product functionalities that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new product features and enhancements.
Product Development & Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of business requirements.
- Assist in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for agile development cycles.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product roadmap discussions.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to analyze product performance and customer behavior.
- Identify trends and insights to recommend data-driven improvements and optimizations.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success.
Stakeholder Communication & Documentation:
- Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and senior leadership.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, PRDs, user guides, and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to communicate product changes and updates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of APIs, SaaS products, and digital transformation trends is a plus.
