EIA Business Analyst

EIS Business Analyst roles focus on bridging business needs with the EIS (Enterprise Insurance Suite) platform, typically in insurance domains like policy, billing, and claims. These positions often support implementations across multiple locations, such as Pan India, hybrid setups in cities like Mumbai, Pune, or international hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements for EIS modules (e.g., PolicyCore, BillingCore).
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure out-of-the-box EIS solutions with minimal customization.
• Create user stories, backlogs, and support Agile teams in configuration, testing, and traceability.
• Coordinate R&D for new EIS features, conduct workshops, and handle onshore/offshore delivery across locations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA in insurance, with EIS or similar core system experience.
• Strong knowledge of P&C processes, Agile practices, and integration (REST/SOAP).
• Analytical skills for requirement translation; certifications in EIS/insurance preferred.
