Title: Business Analyst (GenAI, SDLC)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) to support large-scale SDLC project involving developers across multiple teams

- Act as the critical liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across all project pillars.
You'll need to have
- 7-10 years of combined experience in Business Analysis and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Exposure to AI/ML-based data analytics for business intelligence would add weightage
- Strong understanding of SDLC, requirement gathering, and process modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau for data analysis.
- Develop FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), Epics and User Stories.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to refine business needs
- Experience with UML, Use Case Diagrams, BPMN, and Wireframing.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews).
- Foster Agile best practices and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coach the team on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and best practices.
- Work with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and refine user stories.
- Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and understood by the development team.
- Help maintain an organized JIRA/Confluence board for sprint tracking.
- Agile & Scrum Mastery including hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps for Agile project tracking.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
