Job Description

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of insurance forms architecture, including declarations, schedules, endorsements, and exclusions.
  • Proven experience working with complex forms, including multi-state variations, layered coverage forms, and conditional endorsements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory filings and form compliance requirements across states.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with policy administration systems (PAS) and form generation tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, ADO,Wiki, or similar BA toolsets.

Preferred:

  • Experience working on PAS modernization or transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of other commercial insurance lines (e.g., Property, Auto) is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of forms library management and version control processes.
