Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of insurance forms architecture, including declarations, schedules, endorsements, and exclusions.
- Proven experience working with complex forms, including multi-state variations, layered coverage forms, and conditional endorsements.
- Familiarity with regulatory filings and form compliance requirements across states.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with policy administration systems (PAS) and form generation tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Word, ADO,Wiki, or similar BA toolsets.
Preferred:
- Experience working on PAS modernization or transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of other commercial insurance lines (e.g., Property, Auto) is an added advantage.
- Understanding of forms library management and version control processes.
