The Role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (Fresher) with a strong analytical mindset and a holistic understanding of business operations. The ideal candidate will have a 360 view of business processes financial, operational, and strategic and will support leadership in streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and driving data-backed decision-making. This role requires curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to connect financial insights with operational realities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business and industry data including KPIs, financial reports, cost structures, and operational metrics to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Assist in financial planning and costing exercises, helping evaluate profitability, performance trends, and resource allocation across business units
  • Collaborate with departmental heads and project teams to review and document business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Conduct market and business research to assess current and future product or project opportunities, supporting short and long-term strategic planning.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, workflows, and process enhancements; prepare dashboards and management reports to track key business metrics.
  • Participate in system and process testing by designing process flows, defining requirements, and validating outcomes to ensure operational and financial accuracy.
  • Support stakeholder communication and business initiatives, coordinating with product owners, finance teams, and leadership to drive performance improvement initiatives.
