Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Gurgaon. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design efficient business processes, and provide actionable insights.

You will sit with the founding team and be the intelligence layer behind every major call we make. This is not a reporting role. You will not be building dashboards that nobody reads. You will be the person who walks into a meeting with an insight that changes the direction of the conversation.

What Will you Own

• Track and analyse the full investor lifecycle funnel - where people drop off, why, and what to do about it
• Own marketing analytics - which channels bring the right investors, what the real cost of acquisition is
• Own sales analytics - pipeline health, conversion patterns, team performance
• Build and maintain dashboards that the founding team uses to make decisions daily
• Connect the dots across product, marketing, and sales into a single view of what is working and what is not

Who We Are Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical role - product, growth, business, or marketing analytics
• Hands-on with Mixpanel and SQL
• Comfortable working with incomplete data and making a call anyway
• Prior experience in fintech, consumer internet, or a fast-moving startup is strongly preferred

Compensation

• CTC - 6-9lakhs depending on experience
• Equity participation available for the right long-term fit, discussed at offer stage
