Business Analyst

We are hiring Business Analysts to join our growing team at Focus Softnet.

Position: Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Work closely with users, implementation teams, and technical teams for requirement discussions and clarifications

• Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, reports, and workflows

• Participate in functional testing, UAT, and solution validation

• Support ERP implementation, customization, and issue resolution activities

• Understand and analyze finance, accounting, and inventory business processes

• Ensure effective coordination and communication across departments and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar functional role

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Exposure to ERP applications is mandatory

• Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Inventory Management processes

• Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and testing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL will be an added advantage
