Job Description:

We're building the one place where a person's complete health story lives. To do that well, we need people who can turn raw product data into decisions that move the needle.

We're looking for a Business Analyst someone curious about why users behave the way they do, rigorous about data quality, and genuinely excited about working with AI. You'll sit across Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth, and bring data into every decision that matters.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor product performance and user behavior across web and mobile identify what's driving activation, what's causing drop-off, and where the friction lives.
• Validate event tracking and maintain analytics instrumentation; flag anomalies and resolve data issues with Engineering before they compound.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give teams a real view of product and growth metrics.
• Support feature reviews, launch readiness, and post-launch analysis; help teams measure what they ship.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, speed up insight generation, and assist in evaluating AI-powered features, datasets and development of agentic workflows

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• 1–3 years in analytics, product analytics, BI, or consulting.
• Strong SQL; comfortable with large datasets. Experience with dashboarding tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Structured thinking, clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences equally.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, GA4, or similar product analytics platforms is a plus.
• Python, R, or exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or agentic workflows is a plus.
• Startup, health-tech, or consumer product background is a plus.
