Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding client requirements, analyzing data, and converting business needs into detailed technical specifications. The role involves working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive product enhancements and optimize business processes. The Business Analyst will be responsible for requirement gathering, documentation, impact analysis, and supporting implementation across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams product, tech, and operations to ensure project delivery.
• Perform data analysis, process mapping, and identify areas for automation or improvement.
• Conduct UAT, prepare documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories), and support implementations.
• Develop dashboards and reports for business insights and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI / Tableau)
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Understanding of business processes, automation workflows, and data reconciliation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Prior experience in SaaS or automation-based products preferred
