Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Field Support Supplier Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
Perform initial reviews of field quality cases reported in ServiceNow/Salesforce tool for supplier quality
Resolve data completeness and accuracy issues with submitter as required.
Directly address with suppliers those that do not require Supplier Quality Engineer involvement (Replacement parts, information requests, simple issues, etc.)
Driving responsiveness to field issues to ensure impact on business and customers is minimized.
Escalate to assigned SQE when necessary
Support working through issue resolution and 8D
Collect and present data with regards to PAC cases (quantity, causes, response time, etc.) with an orientation to define continuous improvement opportunities.
Escalate nonconformance to supplier and follow up till the closure.
Facilitate the escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues within assigned projects and suppliers.
Investigate and resolve quality issues and defects in products, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
As an when required support for part qualification activities.
Ensure all parts meet required specifications before approval.
Collaborate with suppliers to gather necessary documentation for PPAP submissions.
Work closely with internal teams to assure the part qualifications.
Support on business-critical issues
Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships with clients
Focused on continuous improvement in product and service offerings
Professional experience in the renewables energy industry (preferred) ability to learn basic wind turbine technology to support problem assessment and resolution
Ability to quickly build expertise in Onshore Wind systems and processes
Minimum Qualifications:
B.Tech or B.E Mechanical
Good years in Supplier Quality Manufactory Industries Experience, Renewables energy industry (Wind Turbines) preferred
Project Management Experience.
Independently determine approach and assigned tasks People Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt Concepts (Certification preferred)
Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
Planning and prioritizing activities
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to present data effectively
