About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Business Analyst.The role involves understanding business requirements, documenting them clearly, and working closely with product, technology, and business teams to deliver CRM improvements and new features.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements
- Prepare clear documentation including BRD, functional requirements, and user stories
- Work with product managers and tech teams to translate business needs into system requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams for requirement clarification and delivery
- Support UAT, testing scenarios, and issue tracking
- Track feature progress and ensure timely closure of requirements
- Take ownership of assigned CRM modules and enhancements
Required Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements
- Experience with requirement documentation (BRD, user stories, process flows)
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology and sprint planning
- Strong analytical thinking and ownership mindset
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (lead lifecycle, follow-ups)
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Knowledge of SDLC and requirement lifecycle management
- Ability to create process flows or simple wireframes
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
